I originally met the BNM guys when I was working for one of their clients. I saw first hand how dramatically they can impact and improve any business they come in contact with.
The thing that struck me the most when I joined the team is how much these guys really care about the companies they work with. There has not been a single engagement where we haven’t gone above and beyond what we needed to do, regardless of what a contract said.
One of my favorite things about working at BNM is the opportunity to meet so many founders and entrepreneurs. They’re all working on radically different things, but they all want to make the world a better place. I feel really lucky that I have a chance to help make their vision a reality.
No two projects are the same. Each engagement has its own complexity. Because of that you are always on your toes.
We purposely keep our Deep Dives affordable for early stage startups. After seeing all the work we had done at the end of the engagement, a client once said “you guys really ought to charge more.”
Sometimes one shift in thinking can have a waterfall effect. We helped one company reimagine their business model which solved both a fundraising challenge and commercialization problem in one go. Two birds, one stone.
